Chiropractic Adjustment

Using various safe and gentle techniques, the adjustment restores proper motion into joints throughout the body that have become restricted and painful over time resulting in muscle spasms, tightness, pain and discomfort. Adjustments can be done manually (by hand) or by instrument.

Dry Needling

Dry needling can release or desensitize tight muscles to relieve pain and improve range of motion. Research supports that dry needling can normalize dysfunctions of the nerve impulses within muscles.

Taping can help decrease pain by altering the perception of discomfort, reduce swelling by lifting the skin in order to increasing fluid flow throughout the muscle and joints, and provide functional support for full range of motion.

IASTM

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization is a muscle work technique that uses a stainless steel tool to break down scar tissue and adhesions that build up within the muscle as well as increasing blood flow.

Cupping

Cupping improves healing and blood flow in the areas that are causing pain or discomfort. Muscle tension is relieved in those areas and helps to improve healing process by increasing blood flow and promoting cellular repair.

UIL Physicals

UIL pre-participation sports physicals are necessary to ensure your child is healthy and ready for sports participation. These examinations are required yearly by the state of Texas and can be performed by a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic.
